Kesuro's younger brother. Saichirou, although more powerful than Kesuro, is less ambitious, and prefers to destroy rather than conquer.He was told of his brother's death shortly after the event, but not of its particulars; he heard that Kesuro was slain by the "Sailor Soldiers" -- but failed to discover which of the four teams was behind it. To be on the safe side, he engineered a plot to kill them all, using the bitterness-corrupted Iron Millennium queen, Sailor Nemesis, as his pawn. His intent was to kill off all four groups of Sailors by crashing the Ragunarokku Engin into the Earth; however, the other Iron Millennium Sailors turned against Nemesis earlier than he predicted they would, and Saichirou's first plan failed.
