Themis, or Sabako Kamani, is a Desert/Spirit elemental, and often seems to be more in tune with the spirit plane than with the real world. She's more than a little on the spacy side, in other words, and tends to devote more time to shamanistic pursuits than to school, or even to her duties as a Sailor Senshi.
